Choose from one of the following.  Small feeds approximately 30 people, Large feeds approximately 60

  • Southwest – corn and black bean salsa, tomatoes, green onion, and red peppers in a red chili aioli dressing
  • California – broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, black olives and tomatoes in a light basil pesto vinaigrette
  • Garden – grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, portabella mushrooms, roasted red peppers and asparagus with fresh mozzarella cheese in a light citrus vinaigrette
  • Caprese – Tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, cucumber and red onion in a creamy basil pesto dressing
  • Greek – cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, Kalamata olives and feta cheese tossed with a lemon yogurt sauce
