Choose from one of the following – Small feeds approximately 20 people, Large feeds approximately 40

  • Traditional – tender potato chunks in a creamy dressing with celery, green onions and hard boiled eggs and house seasoning
  • Mustard – poached potato cubes in a tangy 3 mustard sauce with celery, red onion and house seasoning
  • Loaded Baked – Red skin potato dressed in sour cream with bacon, green onions and cheddar cheese
  • Warm German – thick sliced potatoes soaked in a sweet and sour bacon vinaigrette with celery, red and green onions and bacon.
  • Italian Pesto – red skin potatoes tossed with celery, roasted tomatoes, red onions, pepperoncini, olives and cauliflower in a light basil pesto vinaigrette
