- Garden – grilled zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, portabella mushrooms, roasted red peppers and asparagus with fresh mozzarella cheese in a light citrus vinaigrette
- Caprese – Tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, cucumber and red onion in a creamy basil pesto dressing
- Greek – cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, Kalamata olives and feta cheese tossed with a lemon yogurt sauce
